  • Case Path Pilot Practice Direction Amended
    July 16, 2024 The Tribunal has amended the Case Path Pilot Practice Direction to clarify that the Tribunal reviews a complaint file for the purpose of case path selection after the deadline for document disclosure, rather than after the parties have completed document disclosure.
  • Freedom of Information Request Policy issued
    July 3, 2024 The Tribunal issued its Freedom of Information Request Policy.
  • Hearing scheduling underway
    May 10, 2024 The Tribunal has begun scheduling hearings after a temporary pause related to its backlog strategy. The Tribunal is scheduling hearings in the order of the date the complaint was filed, from oldest to newest.     May 1, 2024 The Tribunal is pleased to report progress under its Backlog Strategy. As at May 1, the Tribunal has 524 open Covid-related cases in its inventory, down from 946 at the beginning of the backlog project.
