Application of amended Rules of Practice and Procedure
January 15, 2016
The Tribunal is issuing amended Rules of Practice and Procedure effective January 15, 2016. The amended Rules will apply to all complaints as of the effective date, with the following exception:
Disclosure
Rules 20, 20.1, and 20.2 will apply only to those complaints respecting which the Tribunal has not yet notified the parties of their disclosure requirements.
Where the Tribunal has notified the parties of their disclosure requirements under the July 15, 2014 Rules of Practice and Procedure, rule 20 of those rules will continue to apply.
Parties that want rules 20-20.2 made applicable to a complaint may do so by agreement or, absent agreement, by application to the Tribunal.
Any Other Issues
Any other issues respecting transition to the amended Rules should be brought to the Registrar’s attention.
